Travel
Getting There
Green International Airport (PVD) is the closet airport to Mystic, about 45 minutes away. Other airports include Hartford's Bradley International, Boston's Logan International, and New York City's JFK.
If you plan to drive from the Fairfield County area, the drive will take you approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes depending on where you're coming from.
Hyatt Place Mystic
We have a room block with a group rate. Use the code G-KZWB .Please call hotel directly and ask for Dana. 860 536-997. If the block is full, you can still book a room at the normal rate. This is considered a holiday weekend so book early. There is a two night minimum, breakfast is included . There will be a shuttle to the ceremony and back.
Whalers Inn
Located in the heart of downtown Mystic. If you're looking for premiere boutique hotel this one is for you! Again, this is a holiday weekend so plan ahead. About a 10 minute drive to the ceremony.
Residence Inn Mystic
If you are looking for an extended stay with amenities like kitchens and bedrooms this hotel is a great choice. About a 10 minute drive from the ceremony.
House Rentals
There are many rentals available in Mystic and Stonington via Airbnb and VRBO, however being a holiday weekend you will need to book early.

Things to do
Brekky/Lunch
Check out RISE in downtown Mystic for Brekky-Eggs Benedict a popular choice. Young Buns Doughnuts are a Mystic favorite; arrive early to guarantee one!
Dinner
Red 36: if you can get a table, this restaurant is a must. They do not take reservations but order a drink and enjoy the waterfront views while you wait.
Breweries
Bank & Bridge Brewing and Barley Head Brewery. Both are in downtown Mystic.
Mystic Tours
There are several tour groups to show you around Mystic. Our favorite is Argia Mystic Cruises.
Mystic Aquarium
Mystic Aquarium is one of two U.S facilities holding Steller sea lions and beluga whales.
SHOPPING
Olde Mistick Village: outdoor venue with shops, boutiques, and eateries in a throwback setting.
